Ability to import custom images and emojis.

Can you guys make it so we are not penalized when we only upload a video to make tests, I see that my plan amount of videos is being counted while all I did was uploading, for instance this last batch I decided to delete them and reupload a different version of the said videos but now I have 26/100 videos already gone. sadness

Configure the hook title to be on the first frame only so that it doesn't overlap any text at the beginning. Right now it has a fixed duration and the slider to control its supposed duration is actually for setting the moment the video captions appears, not the duration of the hook title. Pretty misleading.
