Submagic

Hi Submagic Team, I would love to suggest a new feature that would be especially useful for podcasts, interviews, YouTube videos and other long-form content. It would be great if Submagic could automatically analyze the full video, detect the most interesting, emotional, funny, surprising or valuable moments, and then create a short dynamic highlight montage from them. This could be used in two ways: As a dynamic intro / trailer for a YouTube video — for example, a 60 second montage of the best moments placed at the beginning of the episode to hook the viewer e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ExfJOmd1D10 As a standalone short-form video for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts or TikTok — a fast, engaging summary made from the strongest moments of the full video e.g. https://www.instagram.com/p/DUjMw1QCFOm/ So instead of creating only separate clips, the feature would create something like a “best moments trailer” or “highlight intro” from the entire video. I think this would be extremely useful for podcast creators and YouTubers, because it would help make long-form content more engaging from the very first seconds and also make repurposing content much faster. The API is super empty atm which makes generatig AI videos super hard

With additional features where you choose B-roll, transition etc styles

Add the ability to crop for vertical video - not blurring the background, but cropping in on who is speaking - paired with facial tracking if someone is talking and walking, so that the video would follow them.

Right now you have oto add a space for each word and pasting is not possible

I create video ads, and I need to change frequently some parts of a video, but I can't upload new videos to my first video ad. So each time I have to create another project, and start from scratch, just to change one part of the video.

Please, we need a dark theme to work at night

Pretty crazy that this isn't an option considering all the cool things you can do in Submagic
